What is it?  Their mission statement: The Cass County Resource Network Partners are working together to better serve the community through the effective use of community assets, empowering families, coordinating services, and maximizing resources to improve lives. Why is that important? It will increaes efficiency in the way individuals are served, eliminate duplication of services and allow all members of the network to see how individuals are being served by other agencies. Does that really matter? We think so! Community resources are limited and by bringing all human service agencies to the table we have created consistent strategies to help with specific needs.
